I do think we’re in a crisis.
18 months ago I drove to Tatura to watch a horse I had a share in run 20 lengths last. Taking a short tram ride to watch today’s proceedings was much, much more painful, and a greater waste of time.

I’d argue Hirdy failed the worst, at least in terms of having his reputation shredded by this stain of a club.
When the person hiring for a role gets it wrong four times in a row. It’s the person hiring a fault.
The board doesn’t know how to hire a coache, ceo or list manager.
The board also doesn’t know how to appraise we’re we are at. Don’t worry about the players drinking the bath water what in earth was the board thinking last off season.

They played in a grand final 10 years ago they have been rebuilding for a long time.
We need to move away from the, it’s 2-3 years. We need a bottom up build that’s going to take 5-7 years.
