Merrett must be injured.

I’m just getting the feeling. Just a little sense.

That maybe. It is not THE FANS that can’t handle a rebuild.

Maybe @Finding_Nino might struggle with it. Just a little.

I don’t know. Maybe I’m crazy.

Laverde and Blakiston with Prior as supporting cast.

That’s all you need to know.
Brad this and gameplan that….look at that backline.

These are the results you will get.

People will talk about Voss, but how about the ■■■■ who beat his chest and grabbed his jumper at the crowd for five minutes after a simple snap that resulted from our unforced error of tapping the ball directly to them.

Maybe you did didn’t seem that way in the match thread.

Fun fact: The moon has more flags than Freo.

Keep sending the kids up.

I’m still a very long way from being sold on the coach, but I’m starting to be sold on our list of under 23’s.

You can’t win these sorts of games with as many injuries as we have and your best players being this inexperienced.

Only joy I got is seeing Vigos tackle and our players having a scuffle with Voss only times I actually got off my couch lols

Senior players didn’t show up.

Didn’t mind the games of Vigo and May. Caddy had a good game.

Just really sick of senior players butchering the ball! Parish at 33%!! It’s to the benefit of the opposition when gets the ball!!!

Never want to see Perkins and Hobbs in the team again. Quite frankly, Laverde should be shown the door.

I think Gresham has been dud. Or at least the way we play does not suit him.

Got smashed out of the centre. Smashed!!

So, we are gonna end up 11th (again). And we might float up to 9th or 8th (again) next year.

The amount of injuries should have repercussions on the fitness team. It’s disgraceful. Much like Essendon at the moment.

At least we have given the kids a chance.

Felt just a bit meh watching that. The game plan was nothing to get excited about, there were flashes from the young players but also some showing inconsistencies e.g Johnson who just needs to dust himself off and go again next week.

But what continues to annoy me is the decision making and simple skill errors from senior players, hand balling to people under pressure or giving handballs which immediately put teammates under pressure.

Caddy > Perkins a clear example for this in the 4th. It’s so frustrating.

Glad to see the bye and get some warm bodies back.

We came back at them a few times after they skipped out to 5 goal leads up until early in the third quarter when we were 20 points down and Gresham had a set shot from 45 mtrs out to bring us to within 14 points and all the momentum. He may as well have been 65 mtrs out with the way he approached his kick that barely made it past the face of goal and over the behind line. Freo score the next three goals in quick succession to skip out to a 37 point lead…game over.

I’ve lost count the amount of times our momentum killer has done this since we lured him over from the Saints on a contract worthy of the better small forwards in the game. Fair to say he’s stealing a living with us.

Oh and Parish’s kicking kills me also. How he can’t nail simple snap shot goals on the run consistently like he didn’t twice early tonight is astounding. His field kicking ain’t much better either.

So many experienced or senior players on our list that can’t perform basic skills has ruined us for 20 years now.
