Did Rutten replace anyone, or does he add an extra layer to coaches instructing the players? And what say do those coaches have on game day? What happens if the players are given conflicting instructions?
Pretty much replaces Neeld.

Is it the organisational structure, rather than individuals ?
Did collingwood look like they had a system in rd 1 ?
because after rd 2 when they pantsed richmond and people supposedly saw this fancy new way they played and implemented against them, players response was well we tried to implement it last week but we didn’t execute it very well.
If you’re seriously suggesting that our performances over the first 2 weeks were on a par with Collingwood’s in Round 1, I suggest you look at the games again. In that round Collingwood lost by 7 points to Geelong after leading for the majority of the game.
Im saying looks can be decieving.
And if players aren’t perfoeming their roles and executing their skills , no gameplan will work.
Like i said, to alot od people it looked like they rolled out a fancy new gameplan foe richmond, but in reality the week before they tried it and it didnt work as well.
