Round 12 - GWS vs Essendon @ Skoda (7/6/14 - 7:40pm)

Can we back up a solid win against Richmond on the road next week?

GWS are really struggling at the moment and play a Hawthorn side on the rebound today so that could potentially get nasty. They've already lost their last two games by over 100 points.

Still... the Giants have pushed us in all three games we've played against them to date. Despite their inexperienced list they have definitely tested us physically in our games and I don't think our players have handled this all too well.

They've already recorded two victories at home this year against the Swans & Melbourne - both quite impressive scalps on reflection.

We have to go up there and get the job done in a ultra professional way to prove we've turned a bit of a mini-corner in our season.

Thoughts? Changes? Discussion?

Keep the foot on the accelerator.

Not much to gain, plenty to lose.

A chance for our forward line to show some potency and system.

Need to belt them, Need the right attitude.

% will probably decide the last few spots in the 8, good chance to boost it this week hopefully

Time to give a debut to Gregory

They beat Sydney, we didn't. Alarm Bells.

They threw all their eggs in one basket for that game. Derby in round 1 against a Swans side that traditionally start slow.
The Giants have hit the wall, if the weather is fine it should a 100 point win at worst

They lost by 20 goals to Richmond, we didn't.
We've already lost the "unloseable" this year (St Kilda) ... another similar ■■■■ up would be nail in the coffin material.

Why? Who gets dropped to allow him in?

Last time we played them we rested about 6 players IIRC. And brought in Jetta and a bunch of other list cloggers. Mindset was wrong and we barely scraped a win.

We just had a bye, and then a training run against Tigers. Outside of Fletch if it was always planned he would miss this game play our best team and smash them.

Percentage will be vital for us at years end given it appears we will be fighting for spots in lower half of the 8.

■■■■ THEM UP!

Are we going to be Jeremy Cameron's ■■■■■ again?

% booster. Must destroy them. MUST.

For those going, where are you sitting?

These are the game where we should win and do it easy. Yet some how they fire against us and look really good and we only just win.

They will be under pump big time for a decent home performance. Lots of executive disquiet from their home game debacles has been building.

Nevertheless whilst we should manage our approach to the game carefully, we should ‘go for the jugular’ & view it as a chance to boost our percentage.

Um… you do know it‘s been a month since he played in the VFL?
Though I guess that worked for Howlett.

Watch in agony as we win by 3 or 4 goals.....

Hurley for ambrozi, thats it
