Waits until his opponent is on the boundary side of the ball so he can lightly bump him out of it and position himself facing inside before picking it up, rather than just diving on the ball which would’ve left him facing the boundary and at risk of either creating a stoppage or holding the ball/a deliberate call when trying to get it out.

Longs so surprising in person. When he tackles the player is almost skates brought to ground. Also generally very intelligent with ball in hand. Also electrifying.
I was walking past the goals when Box Hill kicked that last goal. The sound of the ball hitting the post/padding was so obvious.
