It’s also a Sunday afternoon. EFC supporters are notorious for not rocking up on a Sunday arvo… or if they do, completely passive and unheard during the match.
It’s because that Sunday timeslot sucks! Whoever came up with 3:20 and 4:40 games, should be, in my view, killed.

I think that’s a tad extreme.

The Freo game build-up felt very much like we were too confident.
This game doesn’t have that feeling. More expecting the worst than overcome with optimism.

There was talk of just closing the half of the roof that lets the sun in, so the whole ground was still in shade.
Sounded like a best of both worlds, very intelligent idea.
