Lavrov is getting mixed up again. It wasn’t the Anglo-Saxons. It was of course the Nazi (Ashkenazi) Jews:

That is considerably later than the nineth century (800-899) and also much earlier than the Lithuanian Jews

The first reliable document attesting the presence of Jews in the Grand Duchy of Lithuania is the charter of 1388 granting privileges to the Jews in Trakai.[2] The gathering together of the scattered Jewish settlers in sufficient numbers and with enough power to form communities and to obtain privileges from their Lithuanian rulers implies the lapse of considerable time from the first migrations. Therefore, various historians attempted to claim that Jews migrated to Lithuania earlier. The Anglo-Saxons did exist in England even earlier than the Jewish Kingdom of Khazaria. But they did not get even a small colony to the Azov sea until after the William the Conqueror (1066 and all that).
Kazaria actually ruled the Azov sea before the end of the nineth century.
Blame it on the Vikings.
The Azov regiment launched a burning Viking boat replica into the Sea of Azov to honour the dead from the siege of the Azov steel works.

Switzerland is currently passing legislation to allow forwarding of Swiss made munitions and equipment to Ukraine. Likely to be approved shortly.
This will allow significant ammunition and vehicle stocks to be sent by NATO nations.
Stocks of Gepard air defence ammunition most obviously impacted here.

Spain has agreed to send “less than a dozen” Leopard 2 tanks in current batch. On track for a 100 tank initial donation evenly spread.
