Russia was unsuccessful in its request to the UNSC for a Commission to investigate its claims against UA under the Biological Weapons Treaty.
The only support was from China, based on a technical point ( the UNSC has failed to address an earlier request) .
UK France and US voted against, 10 abstentions.

These are really striking changes.

Can someone please explain the security guarantees part to me? Has Russia really requested Ukraine leave their warships alone? How the hell does that work? Russia uses the same ships to fire missiles on Ukraine, it just doesn’t make sense what they would have offered in return…
