This is just devastating. What stands out, is not just the way the buildings have been reduced to piles of rubble, but the way in which the ground right throughout is riddled with bomb craters from the amount of artillery shells, that is the heaviest l have seen. Certainly it is many times heavier than the shelling the railway crossing the DMZ in Vietnam looked. At first l didn’t notice how many craters there were, as most of them were filled with water and many had buffalo wallowing in them. What l saw was very little compared to the scene shown in this clip. No wonder then, that the RUAF are running low on shells.

The premiere of a special project by Dmytro Komarov Year. Off-screen. In the third edition, the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valery Zaluzhny. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, only two world publications have managed to obtain comments from General Zaluzhnyi - and only in print. Dmytro Komarov had the opportunity to record a video interview with the “Iron General” for the first time. The journalist and TV presenter had been waiting for this conversation for a whole year.

In an interview, Valery Zaluzhny shared some military secrets that can now be announced. He told how the Armed Forces managed to move equipment unnoticed by the entire country, and what actions and decisions helped Ukraine survive the first, most difficult weeks of a full-scale invasion.

The maths might be complicated, but I think I see a connection…

German newsmagazine Der Spiegel was the first to report on the aid. It said that the package, which is Germany’s biggest yet to Ukraine, would also include 15 Gepard anti-aircraft tanks

Wikipedia

In December 2020, it was announced that a license had been issued for the export of a total of 15 Gepard anti-aircraft vehicles to Qatar. Furthermore, four automatic cannons, 30 barrels, 16,000 rounds of ammunition and 45 breechblocks will be delivered as spare parts. These were purchased in order to ensure air security for the 2022 FIFA World Cup. In early 2023, German government officials began negotiating with Qatar the possible purchase of their 15 Gepards to send these to Ukraine.
