In this Katz video it says military aid to Ukraine will almost certainly decrease next year - which isn’t far away. Is this accepted across the EU and US regardless of who wins the US presidency?

It seems contrary to the long term support emphasised by the US and the solidarity amongst EU nations to ensure Putin loses.

It doesn’t look promising, especially if US aid is dramatically cut next year. NATO have already pledged around $40 billion Euros of aid in 2025. However, Germany is planning to halve its planned military aid to Ukraine in 2025 to about $4.4bn. Also, there is no consensus as yet on a multi-year aid plan so after next year the specifics are somewhat up in the air.

I didn’t mind those at all, but was expecting some first class tank turret tossing, so a bit disappointing there were none. Strange that the RU would leave a big hole in the side of their APCs, inviting the drones to fly right in.

Quick getaway and last man out forgets to shut the door. Or maybe thinks his survival is better outside the death trap.

Trump wins, Russia wins, it’s as simple as that.

Europe is running out of patience, the far right is rising on the back of high energy prices, the roll on effect of killing manual labour industries like manufacturing and inflation, and the influx of immigration due to all the different conflicts that are going on.

Trump wins and he forces Ukraine to the negotiating table but he’s too dumb to understand what’s going on and Russia will get an opportunity to reload and go again in 4-5 years.

Harris wins and the Russians realize that they’ve got four more years of this having their frog boiled and they will collapse.

If uncle Sam under Trump pulls the pin I think the little island country across the channel from mainland Europe will stick fat. Same with the Poles, Finland and the Czechs. Italy maybe. If they do then does that mean all the rest of NATO have to be involved?

I don’t see it as that simple, of course I could be wrong. A Trump win will put Ukraine at a disadvantage, yes, but I don’t think they will capitulate or surrender on terms beneficial to russia (or the US).

They’ll say they are involved, but without the US there’s no military mass sufficient to stop Russia.

Maybe it was deserted/abandoned. Was it 1 or 2 vehicles?

Interesting that they have only had an EW counter to these for the last couple of months.
