This thread is three or four years away from being a top four thread. Bomberblitz people need to understand that just because it’s a big forum, it doesn’t mean that success will automatically follow.
I came into this thread wondering why on earth there were so many posts.
Wow, sorry to see you go @theDJR. You were always fun. If you’re thinking about sneaking into SA and are trying to be all secretive about it and that’s the real reason you’re leaving, I know a cop at the border, I’ll send your pic so you don’t get i! I know you secretly love the place.
@Hoffy, congrats on your appointment. Good luck. I must confess I had no idea you are also female, shame on me. You must come to blitz girls night out when that happens!

I certainly only meant spindly as a compliment, I wish I was anywhere near spindly!
I lost my seat on the board to Sean Wellman and Katie Lio at the election 3 years ago, I haven’t been on the board since the end of 2017 and have no official contact with it whatsoever, probably not all that keen to take the heat for things that happened several years after I was replaced.
My entire involvement with the club since the end of 2017 has been with the VFL Program, which means I have had a fair bit of contact with @theDJR.
Amazing really that the Blitz overloads didn’t see fit to extend @theDJR’s contract. Every other key appointment associated with Essendon seems to just keep rolling on if you’re a half decent person. He’s very unlucky of you ask me.
I still reckon he won’t be gone long. It’s a Hannah Gadsby scenario…
What is happening to @theDJR?

@Hoffy, congrats on your new role, am sure you’ll be good at it. 
I don’t like Mr Hooker thread anymore either… in fact majority threads discussing individual players are pretty disturbing.
I’d personally like to thank @theDJR for not banning me on multiple occasions.
