Yep. Doesn’t seem to have done well the last 2 years, but was good up to 2017.
One of the worst that’s ever been is an impossible callto justify IMO.
But something stinks at that club, and he doesn’t seem to be the one to lead them out.
I’m still trying to work out who Jarryn Geary is.

Love how random posters on the net have a more informed opinion than a player’s peers within the industry - As Aceman stated, Walker was highly regarded as a captain within the footy industry in his first two or three years in the job - He may have struggled in the last two years , hence his resignation - But to suggest he was a wanker as a leader is hyperbole in the extreme.

i dont think you can blame tex for all the players leaving.
- some wanted more $$$ and Adelaides pay structure meant some players limited if they stayed
- some wanted to return home and thats when $$$ cant always change their mind
- some just wanted to get out of Adelaide
- the camp after 2017 loss and leadership - coaches /board

The fact is Walker was voted twice by his peers in the AFL as Captain of the Year - So for two years he was seen to be doing a good job - You reckon Walker is a wanker of a captain or words to that effect - That’s an opinion - Little I can do if you can’t see the difference - All I did was respond to your post that Walker was a wanker as a captain with facts - This is not my opinion or whether my opinion is more worthy than yours.
