Has the least amount of games missed by their best 22 than any team. Absolute dream run with injuries.
They’ve probably had a soft draw as well considering where they finished up last year.
They need to make the most of their luck as they won’t be so blessed next year.
2nd on the ladder, out in straight sets.
They’ve undoubtedly got talent, but still have plenty left to prove.

They had an incredible run with injuries this season.
Very rare that it happens multiple seasons in a row.
Can only think of Richmond as being a team that had a few years of limited injuries.
They will also get a harder draw next season

Draw will hurt, but it is the time and effort of the opposition looking for weaknesses that will hurt them most. Their challenge will be when teams use to shut them down. Are they able to counter?

Struggled to get past Norf late this year, who really put time into them physically.
They are the third youngest list in the comp. They won 16 games. Then in the finals lost to the premier (almost certainly) and lost another game by 3 points.
If only Essendon could have a year as terrible!

They are miles ahead of us. They are also very young too.

0-2 in finals.
And the side they took into the finals was both older and more experienced than ours.
(In)experience counts for little, if it’s on the sidelines.
(Also underlines how bad our run was, with so many of our relatively few experienced players out injured)
So their finals winningness is as good as ours then.
Just wait until next year when Carltank and the Lions are going at it for a spot in the prelim, while a week earlier we just got rinsed by 10 goals after falling into 8th spot yet again.
