I think Collingwood should be made to provide genuine restoration to Lumumba and any other indigenous players who feel wronged during their time at the club.
If they were underpaid then that could include financial compensation, but otherwise Collingwood should be fined and the funds used to fund indigenous equality programs.
I would normally say that McGuire should not be the scapegoat for club wide poor culture, but he has a record of being a dinosaur on all the isms, and for that reason should be help accountable.
