Given the job is to win games of football, even if he is playing favourites, it’s working for him at the moment.
JUH will get his chance but it is always harder to break into a winning side.

9 news saying it’s potentially season over for Treloar because his recovery has hit some setbacks.
I’m not quite sure what I’ll feel if Collingwood turns out to have been right that he’d always have problems in the future. I’m not a fan of the doggies.

Collingwood paying big dollars for a guy to play elsewhere was good, Collingwood paying big dollars for a guy not to play elsewhere is even better.

Hardly. If he’s not playing they’ve effectively managed to get some of his salary off the books. But that’s a little offset as I don’t like the Bulldogs.
You still get paid if you’re injured aren’t you? If you go on the LTI, does you salary go off the books for that duration?
I think you get paid regardless (fixed amounts, obviously not match payments or such).
If he doesn’t play, then Collingwood made a good move to get rid of him since it saves them some money (of course, they still got shafted on the deal! 
).

Did anyone watch the VFL Footscray VS Sydney game ? Footscray were 36 points down in the last quarter and came home to win by 7 points. Game just finished. They are undefeated this season.
There was a very strong breeze blowing to the right of screen.
Saw a Sydney shot at goal in the 3rd from Rowbottom on the 50 go thru easily with about 10-15m to spare.
Lipinski and Hayes 35 & 33 respectively.
Lipinski too good to be at VFL level. Will be a jet at another club eventually.
Footscray nearly kicked themselves out of it with missed shots.
I would love to pick these two up.
