Who does Caldwell gut punch now

Pies fans thought that with Daicos they would win the flag. Injury to Daicos was something most of them never ever expected. They would never have believed that a tag would work so well on a player who to the fans was almost a messiah. The last 4 rounds will be interesting.

It’s easy to forget any “invincible” team is always just one significant injury away from vulnerability.

Are they measuring the Bulldogs streak in years rather than games?

What if Bont gets injured in the first minute next week

Maybe Trac or Trant

Lol at the thread title.

Daicos injury will make Merrett’s votes interesting

Is what it is. I never like any player getting injured and missing a chunk of games. But oh well…

Why?

Bet Daicos recovers within 3 weeks in time to play Essendon

That Top 4 is bunching up nicely.
They could realistically finish in any order.

There’s no guarantee Coll win either of the next 2 (Gee/Bris).

They would then likely have to beat us to retain a home Final Week 1, and even then % will factor into it.
I hope there is something riding on the game TBH.

If their finals position relies on beating us, and we win, I’ll start to believe we will only lose by 5 goals in an elimination final.

it will probably end up like round 22 in 2008. An Essendon team desperately wanting the season to end facing a team that needs to crush us to finish top4 or top of the ladder

That brings back bad memories

Did Rhys “Magic” Magin end up playing that game? What a ■■■■■■■ time to have been alive.

He did, and John Williams played his only game that day
