The Giants didn’t even make the Prelim and probably should have won the Flag.
The Hawks could easily finish something like 13-10 next year, just miss the 8, and it wouldn’t be a disaster or a failure.

Same. Mitchell is going to be one out of the box. His speech at the B&F was exceptional, you can feel the connection he has with the playing group. I’d be surprised if they don’t win the flag in the next 3 years.

We forgot Jiath as well.
Reckon Sicily will play forward more as they scale Gunston down to 12 games for the year, at most.
Scrimshaw can play that interceptor role well.
Chol will play until Lewis returns, and possibly stays in anyway as the relief Ruck.

Oh look, it’s an actual coach, who does good things. I’m jealous.
You might have, but l didn’t. His omission from the team listed above was glaring. Jiath is a quality player, and would need to be squeezed into that team somewhere, preferably his favoured HB possie.
Mitchell elected NOT to play him in the Semi Final despite Jiath being fit (he was an Emergency).
I’m sure they’ll squeeze him into the 23 next year.
