Season 2024 - Sydney

Is that the AwFuL football club equivalent of “Special Projects”?

Probably a token role so they can massage his payout so not to effect soft cap to much.

Cox was front and centre during the draft. Horse no where to be seen. Makes a lot of sense now.

Horse was at the back, I thought.

But now it appears that the green screen has been erected.

no chance with their line of academy kids coming.

However a down year would work perfectly for swans, new coach

fall low enough to get a early pick in before there academy gun
like when they got #4 logan McDonald / #5 Braeden Campbell

Maybe Longmire stood up for Dylan Shiel

I think it was probably about time Longmire moved on anyway. He looked utterly deflated at times during the season. He’s managed to achieve a lot of success with Sydney and fallen short of the ultimate a few times, but I think it was time for a change. Would have been nigh on impossible for Longmire to maintain the rage after such a disappointing grand final performance in 2024.

That’s tracking at Essendon levels for players at the club from 2013 onwards

That has to be counting the interim coach between Buckley and McRae, right?

Yeah Bucks, Robert Harvey, McRae, Goodwin, Longmire, Cox.

How many has Dylan Shiel had

Kevin Sheedy
Leon Cameron
John Worsfold
Ben Rutten
Blake Caracella
Brad Scott

Zach Merrett has had: Thompson, Hird, Egan, Worsfold, Rutten, Caracella, Scott.

Now I’m curious as to whether that’s the most coaches of any player on an AFL list.

What about Goldstein

Brad Scott efc
Clarkson
Ratten
Adams
Noble
Shaw
Crocker
Brad Scott Nth
Laidley

No wonder we have been crap for so long look how many coaches we gone through.

How is a team ever suppose to get any cohession and team bulding towards ultimate succes with the amount of senior coaches we had.

We now stick with Brad no matter how long it takes took Hardwick and Fagan 6-7 years before they became premiership coaches

Orazio Fantasia

Thompson
Hird
Egan
Worsfold
Rutten
Hinkley
