Season 2025 - Sydney

Looks like they’re slackening off on the Paul Roos “No Dikead” policy.

This bloke’s career has really stalled.

Gulden with a horrible ankle injury. Could be broken.

At minimum the mechanism screams syndesmosis which would be 6-12 without a fracture.
Fracture would be looking at 12+.

That sucks, great footballer to watch.

how can we blame peter wright for this ?

When do we play these c£#@s ?

Gulden absolutely slices and dices us with that left foot.
We might be a chance ?

Hmmm wonder if it’s a Maisonneuve fracture.
Would nearly be season ending if that was the case.

I’m too scared to even Google that :grimacing:

Confirmed fracture and going under the knife.
My guess (purely based off 1 clip of watching the injury lol) is they’re putting in screws for a syndesmosis and a plate for the tib/fib like the pic at the bottom but we shall wait and see!

Would depend on complications, but if he was back playing within 12 weeks I’d be (1) surprised and (2) expect him to be a fair way off the pace.
If I had that surgery I’d be expecting a return to playing in the 16-20 week range if all went well.
