I have nothing to say re our club, heaps has been said and am sure it will continue to be said.
Will say re BB, no matter how sh$t we have been and continue to be, how disillusioned we have all become, our emotions mauled time and time again, BB never fails to lift my spirits a bit and provide more than a few laughs.

Have seen a few people mention this but the way we handle wins is symbolic of the problems at the club.
Wins are celebrated significant moments, when really, you need twice as many wins as losses to even compete at the pointy end of the season (15-7).
Heppell after the game talks about ups and downs, the ups can come as quickly as the downs - if that’s your team, you finish 11-11 - you need twice as many ups as downs, guess how often we’ve won 11 games in the last ten years?
Winning needs to be expected and handled without satisfaction. Do we think the carry on before the game from Hep’s crew would have happened if we lost last week? I doubt it, or at least the players wouldn’t have all hugged their mates before a game if we were 1-8.

The carry on last week was truly pathetic. Our club now sees every win as a diamond in the rough. You are correct… we have utterly forgotten that winning should be the ‘norm’.
I dont think this club will win a final again within 20 years. Possibly another 40. We are so far lost its not even sad.
