I agree that even the S of S teams win a final within 10-15 yearsā¦ we are 21 and counting.

Because all three could be true? Not sure the value in going around the forum and picking off individual posters like you do but maybe just let people vent.
North clearly went scorched Earth and have been playing a near under 18s squad. Anyone who didnāt them dead last wasnāt watchingā¦ they are exactly where they were predicted to be.
West Coast has been decimated by injuries and other factors. Legitā¦ they have fielded over 40 players so farā¦ and they are now clearly going the tank for a big load up next season. The are going through their cyclical ārenewalā process. Not at all comparable to our ā ā ā ā ā .
As to the decadeā¦ Carlton at least won a final and are now pushing top 4, ie better than us. GWS made a couple of GFs and Premlims, ie better than us. GC is probably fair callā¦ but they are a start up team. Canāt put the Dees in there as they just won a flag and now sitting pretty. Lions are top 4. Saints are pushing top 4.
So NO the list is NOT longā¦ I didnāt say we were worse than a single seasonā¦ Iām saying as CLUB we have performed the worst over those periods. We are a disgrace. Iām so sorry you canāt see itā¦ because our fans having so much hope and so much belief is what means the club has got away with not making changes. We have been pisspoor over that timeā¦ and that isnāt even considering the saga ffs.

Thereās 1-3 too many players around the ball carrier.
But itās not so much an issue of having that many players around the ball carrierā¦ā¦ itās that none of them were prepared to tackle, and are scared of making contact.
If the defensive Swarm is done correctly you have 4 players pressuring the opposition from all angles, and then gang tackling the opposition player.
If the players arenāt prepared to tackle or win contested football, then it doesnāt matter what the game plan is.
