How the ■■■■ can our recovery facilities be second rate when the supporters etc have tipped so much into the Hangar? Outrageous. No wonder they can’t even put together some undercover seating for fans. What a joke.

Well they must be. Pretty sure they had a review done last year and they need to spend a million $ on improving recovery facilities out there.
That’s why I keep saying they need to also focus on the commercial side. They need to find money they don’t have to get this footy program at a high performance level. 
I wonder how much we paid out Campbell. So many poor decisions at this club.

Doesn’t matter really. They just have to get better across the whole club. Footy program and commercial ops. It’s all mediocre.
Geez you make it sound grim. Unbelievable with so many highly credentialed people in one place, that they can’t get momentum in any one area.
Politics holds this club back massively.

Its not the top dude or chic that gets the job. Its a mates mate. Blokes bloke. Old mates old mate mate. BDB is frustrated.

As Colin Carter X Cats Prez said. Successful clubs that achieve sustained success get between 7-8/10 decisions across the entire club right over years. Mediocre clubs get 4-5/10 decisions right over time across the club. Thousands of decisions over successive years. It all adds up to how good club environment is, culture is. How good your people are. The whole club and its operation. Cats Vs Essendon. One has made great decisions over time, top down. One hadn’t.

It was, still is and probably always be the most speculative turning point. Williams was already appointed & they booted him within 24 hours.
Whoever made those decisions ■■■■■■ the club royally. But we arent as ■■■■ as st kilda.

Who knows. Who cares though. It’s just all very disappointing.
Only last week Essendon people (players etc) celebrating coming back against Saints as sign of resilience / backbone. I wasn’t so convinced. Dreamtime last years no different…
The response / output after HT last night was so frustrating. It basically undid 6 months of soul searching, changes, inward analysis, regeneration, positive intent or improvement.
