Something seriously wrong with the club (Part 3, August 2022)

Personally i dont care anymore best thing would be to just fold the club and put everyone out of their missery

yeah nah you’re assuming they want to be competitive and not just comfortable. none of them would want out

Hawks also winning these games with Mitch Lewis out, a recycled two phones Chol leading the forward line……

Just a heap of blokes who have bought into defensive running, playing the role asked, and celebrating team mates little wins, a big tackle, a good spoil.
Bar Day, I don’t see any other stars so to speak. Just a collective buy-in.

Haven’t seen us do any of that.

Hawthorn is smashing Adelaide on their home deck yet we can’t beat Adelaide on our home deck.

Our club is FARKED

FINALLY

Something we agree on.

Hope so. It will be a good reality check for them when they find out that other clubs realise they’re the reason for the mediocrity and don’t want any of them.

I gave them one last chance against Saints and they blew it

If the AFL could create a new Victorian club, that would be nice.

I wonder what the attendance will be vs. Freo at the G next week.

Time to vote with your feet. If the players don’t care why should we?

an uncomfortable truth we may have to reconcile with one day is why the players who have left in recent years have done so

Weather dependent obviously. Early prediction if it’s not another wet day is 26-28k.

Brad will get tapped on the shoulder and told to name a debutant to generate some excitement.

Doubt it will make a difference though.

We haven’t shown any development at all in 20 years. We wouldn’t know how to develop talent even if we had any… Which we don’t.

I’d also be interested in what run of games the debutants got in other years, or how many across their debut season.

Recent debutants have been subs, in and out, played out of natural position, not given any signs there is faith in them. I wanna see someone like Hayes come in, and if he doesn’t go well, send him up again the next week to learn.

Hawks absolutely belting the Crows at AO. While we can’t get the job done on our home deck - absolutely depressing.

Unfortunately everyone has passed us or are about to pass us as the bombers fly down

We’re undermining the sporting integrity of the AFL now moreso than we did in 2012
