Well a rebuild is something they actually haven’t ever tried, so they may surprisingly be able pull it off.
Alternative is we stay in this quagmire of the past 20 years.

So, the man who has comprehensively fkd list management over 20 years gets shifted into contracts etc. because “he’s good at that”. All of a sudden we’re snookered from doing anything vaguely resembling a rebuild because the contract situation is fkd and we have too many underachievers on long-term contracts. Well, colour me surprised…

That’s still only 4-5 players - which you can look to upgrade or move on progressively.
Parish, Redman, Wright, McGrath - we talking the failures of 2021 onwards? I still hold hope for Redman and Parish in particular to learn. We’re getting proof this year regardless of who won’t stand up. Aside from the elimination final what other “important” games have these guys been in? This year is the first year we have had some sort of pressure on us with no easy cop out.

I’m not interested in talent, I’m interest in blokes that bust their gut for the jumper.
Blokes like Caldwell and Durham wouldn’t have improved so much if they weren’t committed to getting the team and themselves better. We need to just identify and recruit blokes that share the same desire.

Like him but my cocnern is his marking couldnt clunk anything against Saints was like having two Peter Wrights in the forward line.
