Really happy about this. Even if he had had a lousy year I'd be happy that a youngster is sticking by the club. The fact that he's had his best year is a bonus.
While l wouldn't call him a star as yet, his last month has shown that he has all the makings to become one. Hooray for The Melky Bar Kid, whose sign on the dotted line is a massive show of confidence in the club and his coach.
Excellent. His form has been a highlight in an otherwise yucky second half of the season.
Thank goodness. My EFC obsessed 5 year old has been running around with the number 17 on his back. I have done my best to shield him from Fairfax media, not sure how he would go with JM playing in another jumper.
