I know a runner who ran trained with Arthur Lydiard’s training group.
He’s in his 70’s now
Would it allow you to train up to a higher standard though?
There will be a drop from that high, but it should set you a higher base than when you started.

After the Arizona trip in 2013 we won round 1 in Adelaide. (Adelaide narrowly lost to Hawks in the 2012 prelim)
