Yep Melbourne. It should be an excellent night.
Bump.
Just got them for the first time tonight.
oMFG
Awesome.
They are playing a special once off gig at Uluru at the end of the month.
Holy ■■■■ it would be spesh
I was going to go to the Uluru gig, but just couldn’t get it done. Im off to Castlemaine tomorrow night to see them.
I rarely ever go to gigs as It’s not an experience I actually enjoy, but I just love Earthless so much, I’m making the effort this time.
Amazing live performance.
The Tote would be a neat size too.
Uluṟu? Next level.
Yeah at like dusk I think playing Uluru Rocks(obv)
It looks like an add on to the blacken festival which would make sense for all the fans which go so far to see em.
To be honest I’d love to see Blood Duster again. They are heading there too.
Really hoping they turn it into a proper reunion and we see a national tour next year
Hopefully the Uluru gig is filmed. They filmed a gig at the Mojave Desert a few years back (excellent set), that had that atmospheric vibe. But Uluru would be next level.
Oh man. Imagine watching Earthless at Uluru playing Uluru Rock… thats just otherworldly.
Drop into the Railway Hotel in Castlemaine for dinner. Very nice spot for a beer too, especially if the spot by the open fireplace is free.
Im a big fan of The Love Shack which is next to the Theatres Royale. Already had two pints of the brown ale. Hopefully the Railway is walking distance…
20 minute walk. Easy
Have an ace day.
It’s an easy 20 minute walk to get there, but closer to an hour going home again.
The difference is staggering.
Took Mrs HOGALF to Icehouse at barracks on north head manly
As a 17 year old she purchased a tape from HMV and travelled on a bus from Southampton to Italy . Since that day she has been a fan and always thought she would end up living in Australia
So 35 years later just weeks after getting her citizenship and on her birthday she was just a tad excited and emotional about it all when I revealed what we were doing .
Iva still has it and s he lives on the northern beaches the crowd band were great a mix
One of the few from that era who are still worth seeing
I wouldn’t go to a Morrissey gig.
But if I did go, then I would not by disappointed by the set list of this recent show.
Yeah if Uluru wasn’t a 3-4 day drive or if I didn’t have this thing called work.
Half A Person! Fark yeah, great deeper cut.
Saw Jeff Lang Friday at the Junk Bar in Brisbane (recently moved to New Farm). Tiny room of 30 people or so. Clearly one of Australia’s best slide guitar players, great to be there not 5m away.
Ben Lee was great last night playing Awake is the new sleep.
Peep Tempel last night. Civic tonight.
Gig season has arrived.
Peep Tempel are always incredible live.
