I think itâs less Australia wanting to bowl first and preferring to bat 2nd, I think we are a tad wary of their bowling lineup which is the only thing thatâs gonna win them a test. The prospect of bowling in 40 degree heat tomorrow wouldâve been a factor for Cummins too
This is certainly the psychological take-away their attack will draw from this, and another massive factor in why we simply should have batted first.
