He is looking great, isn’t he?
His bowling is too predictable.
Nice comeback, bamboozler.
Giving Green a chance to beat Zampa/Lewis bowling record.
Sign with xtra green is apt with 100 approaching.
You have to take into account the fact that every bowler has been hit all over the ground. Even worse for him, he is bowling when India is 300+ with wickets in hand. They can afford to throw the bat at everything and this ground is a postage stamp. Would not be surprised to see the Aussies knock them off.
Nice one. Off cutter, leg stump.
I would!
But I will say they’ve performed much better in the latter half of the game, that one over notwithstanding.
India scored 385 last time they were here (not sure who against!), and they were looking at 450 as a stretch target at one stage, and 420 looked pretty assured.
I know Green has a lot of potential ……BUT how on earth can this guy keep getting picked in tests and ODIs………he’s embarrassing himself ……needs a long spell in Shield and Marsh Cup
lol.
If that shot doesn’t tell you bats are too powerful then nothing will.
Reckon add a fourth stump to balance out the extra wood?
Nothing so drastic, but it’s certainly a different game now.
I know it’s a small ground but you simply shouldn’t be able to nearly hit a six playing a low, wristy, pull shot (yes, yes I know) from outside off.
Just shouldn’t be possible
Mine was a joke. ![]()
It won’t change because India runs cricket and they like being able to score, keeps their fans engaged.
I’m sure I’ve seen it suggested before!
More wood? That’s what she said.
To be honest, it staggers me that any team can get close to India. Population wise they are literally 50 times the size of Australia and cricket is their national sport. It is quite possible that more people play cricket in India than the rest of the world combined.
Imagine the project players Dodoro would find!
Good over from Green. There is definitely more than something to work with with him.
I doubt he’ll be in our World Cup XI…maybe against the Netherlands.
