Just got home from dinner. Before l went out the score was 3/137, that was a decent score, the top order got decent starts and then that is a decent collapse. Time to switch over to the footy.
Poms were 1-100 then Oliver Pope danced down the pitch like a numpty.

England burn an appeal on a decision that was obviously incorrect. Sharma with a big smile knowing he wasn’t out.
Interesting stat they mentioned on the old wireless, England bat an average of 73 overs per first innings - which is the second worst in the world only above Afghanistan
This hasn’t taken into consideration the 50 odd they did in the first dig
It’s a major flaw particularly in India and also detrimental to their bowlers as they ain’t getting a decent rest

Tell me how it’s untrue ? How is England better now than pre Baz? ……morally they’re better but are they really a better cricket team? The Poms drew the Ashes and won a test in India in previous series before BazBall.

Yep, l got it back to front, poor expression. Bashir gets belted by Jaiswal for 3 x 6 in his first over, a tad expensive.

I know it’s been 5-0, 4-0 and 4-0 on their last three tours to Australia… but England will seriously get smacked here in the next Ashes tour.
The catalogue of disparaging comments against Australia keeps growing (thanks Stokes) just as the ‘Bazball’ bubble has well and truly been popped. Australia will keep receipts, as usual, and crush them. Again.
