Well up the spectrum

Looking at the war BJ talks to our players I’m not to sure of his people skills.

Why?

Feel for Harts, hope if he’s chopped he gets another home.

You sense one of him and Ambrose has to go and clearly Ambrose held in higher regard.
Lot of young defenders coming through and for Harts he just couldn’t force a game even late.

Geez Collingwood could even do with him now.

“You just can’t delist 8 players at once”
“Better to keep him for an extra year than take pick 150, to provide more flexibility next year”
“Provides good depth for two games a year”
“He’s only 35 years old, plenty of time to improve”

Can McNiece stay as a rookie or does he eventually have to be given a senior list spot? I have no idea how those category rookie rules work. Do we keep him if has to be promoted?

You’re allowed 3 years on the rookie list. I’m not sure if this counts as his first or second (given his first was on the cat B list) but he should have at least one left.

Delist/Trade anyone over 28.

Why would you do that? Nobody does that.

Because doing what everyone else does has gotten us nowhere.

Or under. Just leaves Hurley and Zaharakis. Rebuild from there.

Keeps players with surnames starting with D,F,H,M and S. Trade the rest and only bring in players following the same rule.
