People who open their car doors into my car. Why don't you kick my mirror off too while you're at it? C***s.
Full moon.
Full moon.
Oh yeah. Full moons on the carnival were quite often wild nights. Somehow the nutters all come out.
People who sell a house with price expectations waaaaay above what the market is offering. Carnts.
I love people like that, who have no idea what value actually means.
"b-b-b-but my house are worth $900k and no one is buy it :( :( :( "
Well, love, if no one will pay $900k for it, it is not worth $900k.

Exactly!
We go to an auction, we bid against 4 other bidders who eventually pull out and we are the last one standing...
We didn't meet reserve, because the vendor wants another 35k, so we walked. My exact words: "The market has spoken". In fact the only reason we bid as high as we did, was because their was a lot of bidding interest when we thought we were already bidding too much.
Keep getting calls from the agent now, asking if we are prepared to offer more... why the fark would I offer more? I'm already the idiot who thinks it's worth the most out of everybody else actually in the market.

So if you had your car for sale for say 40k, but the highest bidder was 32k you'd just say, oh well the market has spoken and I'll cop that price?

No, I would say '"Gee I thought I might get a better offer than that, I guess it's worth more to me than it is to them, I've wasted everybodies time, sorry".
I wouldn't be calling the highest bidder just asking for more money because... well... "I want more money god damn it".

That's what you do in the real estate market. You don't get the price you wanted, the buyer doesn't get what they want, and you negotiate something in between.
Whats worse is when the parasites, I mean real estate agents, have the reserve $50k above the range.
Went to an auction in Fairfield with Nelson Alexander range was $580k-$620k I had the highest bid at $625k and auctioneer said it's below the reserve so the highest bidder gets first opportunity to negotiate. When I went in and they told me the reserve was $660k I nearly fell off my chair. I told them there was no way I was paying $660, the highest I would go was $635k. The lowest the would go was $650k so I left.

Well that's a similar thing with me. Range we were told was low to mid 700's and comparitive sales in the area were similar, so at 765k we figure we'd bid too much and would be a laughing stock... go inside and the vendor wants 800k...
Agents were furiously trying to get him to accept but he's determned to hold out for more...good luck buddy.

■■■■■ me when people describe something that is hard as having a "steep learning curve"
would've thought that means its easy to learn
I'm pretty sure you're wrong
Steep learning curve means you have to learn a lot, quickly.
Appendicitis is awesome.
You get to make friends with Sister Morphine, you get time off work to bludge, you get sympathy for a standard procedure, you get a scar that you can pretend was from a gang fight...
I'm looking forward to the egress of my recently discovered kidney stone.
Tempted to get in early & nip down Vic Street so I don't have to wait to get to hospital.
