The one we have is doing a great job.

Solly has been pretty poor in all his previous coaching roles. I get that he’s a great guy and all that but that doesn’t necessarily translate to being a good or capable coach

My thinking with Joyce is that any coach with 15 or so AFL listed players should be winning most VFL games.

Although, maybe I’m just against him because of his previous NM association.

Every club has the same list spots. So it comes down to health and availability. Considering our injuries for most of the year and we are still in the race for finals… have to give him some credit for me.

I’m just sick of seeing us have a different VFL coach each season.

It’s been used as a development opportunity for coaches, rather than a development program for players.

I wouldn’t be surprised if Joyce gets sacked, or moved into a different role…… so they can get coaching experience into Hurley.

….. and the players would be worse off for it.
