After the absolute gutless crap they served up the last two weeks, here we are with only two changes - and you could call them both forced, too. Langford out injured and Bryan omitted because someone had to go out to give Hurls his farewell match.

No, “solid tanking” would be to dump a few so-called “stars” and play all the kids.

I think the selection committee are in the don’t give a ■■■■ stage, though arguably have been in that position all year.
Who cares who plays other than Hurley. I hope he plays as well as can be expected.
I also hope he, draper, lav and redman say ■■■■ it lets injure a few of the Tigers on our way out.
At least this wretched season will be over soon.

Disagree, all of our older players are soft, ■■■■ and bereft of leadership. We play the kids and we most likely put on a good show.

I’m sorry. I don’t understand why you wouldn’t take the moment to play guys like Hobbs, Voss & Menzie. It’s the perfect chance to play those kids.

Why would Rutten do the club any favours and give the kids a taste going into a preseason? The club has done him dirty this week. He’s at least entitled to a “fark you all” on the way out.

Imagine being utterly destroyed by 84 points, having nothing to lose in the last game of the year and only dropping the skinny ruckman and not playing any of the kids like Voss, Menzies or Hobbs. Good grief.

You have a point - but Richmond are a tough, experienced team; I don’t think a mob of inexperienced kids would beat them. Neither will the team selected, of course…
