WADA cleared itself from inaction over the Chinese swimmers ( although it did acknowledge there were irregularities in the Chinese procedures).
WADA, which is IOC dominated (as is CAS) nevertheless decided that a non Olympic sport, which doesn’t have an international federation or competition, was important enough to prosecute its athletes.
WADA gave the British Sky athletes a pass, notwithstanding the British investigations that exposed them.
Tennis, Cycling and Soccer are more important outside the Olympics. CAS only gets involved in non-doping issues in Soccer. Let’s see how WADA handles cricket as an Olympics sport.

According to the ESPN article, no. He’s already had a penalty in cash and rankings.

Your greatness is all about how amazing you were in the era you were in against the opponents you had at the time. i.e. how your level compares to the level of everyone else on tour.
But watching the highlights of the final of the China Open the other day, I thought EXACTLY this so it’s funny to see this quote from Mats Wilander. It’s natural right, players are forever getting better (fitter, stronger, more advanced tech etc) with each generation but yeah, I definitely agree with this. Certainly on hard court. These two are taking the game up a notch.
