Excuse me?

That can ■■■■ all the way off

It’s been a hot summer so far and now we enter the heatwave season. Good times.

Bring it on baby…bltn needs to work on a non existent tan.

James & Scotty…toughen up Princesses !

How are you not tanned already? It’s been perfect tanning weather since November.

My brother tans like a Bondi Rescue Lifesaver.
I burn :frowning:

You’re probably not doing it properly. Just do small stints with sunscreen on.

29 or 39, which is it? These pelicans don’t know themselves

Looking at the models:
EC (Euro model)
Hot from Sunday through to Saturday. High 30s through to 40s every day.
GFS (US mode)
Even hotter.

I love that sort of weather. That’s a proper summer outlook :+1: :sun_with_face:

Too hot for me, I like low 20s and cloudy :stuck_out_tongue_closed_eyes:

Models tonight still look the same.

I think we might get a 40°C in Melbourne at some stage early next week but looks like a prolonged period of 35°C plus. Maybe a slight break in coastal areas middle of next week but inland areas will bake for over a week.

Yeah perhaps one or two 40s but what is exceptional is the length of over 35Cs
This afternoon’s GFS suggests perhaps 10 hot days in a row.

BoM site now updated… farking fark…

Dutton needs to step in and start the rain flowing. Surely this is Labor’s fault.

Latest model runs suggest Wednesday and Friday next week may not be as hot in coastal areas. Still warmish, but not baking. Inland areas if Victoria, though, will be very hot.

Suggestions that the following week will return to hot conditions.

Not surprising given how warm the water is off the Pilbara. The fish aren’t coping .
