Just speculation… but given its observation history, probably 44-45°C.
Nah, I rode through the city and the thermometer was reading higher on the eastern side through Swann st.
When it’s a northern wind like it was, there’s not a lot of difference between the two sites.
Now that weak change is through, I’d expect the old site to be a fair bit warmer.

Stood at Rickett’s Point with dozens of other hopeful watchers last night. Nuffin! Very disappointing. Only thing of any note was almost being cleaned up by a bat that came out of nowhere!
You were obviously in the bat’s usual flight path and you know what they say about bat’s…
That they are wonderful creatures that are intelligent, sociable, playful, cute, and perform a vital ecological function ?
(Bat advocate HM is on the case…)

Cookers…or grifters, sometimes it’s difficult to tell the difference, post this sort of thing as if it’s something real and not a glitch.
Either suggesting weather control or something darker.
