2 uninspiring games today, but won both well.

Hope we can play better after the bye and with a few players back, am hoping for some consistency, attitude and a winning formula.

Liked Dylan Clarke’s game today hopefully stays in.

Look, I’ll get excited when we win 4-5 games on the trot. Not when we’re beating a team we should be putting away. which we did.

Beating the team on the bottom of the ladder is a requirement, not an added bonus.

Don’t you know? The whole idea of BB is to get excited when we win and be near suicidal when we lose. Lighten up 4-5 games on the trot is still 3-4 games away.

I just love how some players get wet weather footy. It’s a game of attrition. Just gain territory and reset. Parish and help were the only ones capable of that, regularly. And guelfi and Clarke had some decent cameos.

Blitz all year: play Parish in the guts! How about tagging the opposition’s best mid once in a while? Clarke is killing it in the 2s, why not give him a game?!

Club: well, season’s shot and everyone’s injured, and we have literally no alternative, so I guess this week we’re playing Parish in the guts, tagging the opposition’s best mid, and giving Clarke a game.
Parish: [30 touches, 10 clearances, 2 goals]
Clarke: [23 touches, 10 tackles, 6 clearances, tags Cripps into a quivering puddle of irrelevance]

Club: [beats Carlton] the future is bright! Looking forward to next year! And none of us in any way should lose our jobs!!

Yes some individual performances did inspire.

Neither match did it for me, though I am most pleased we won both.

These are normally the games we lose in the wet against crap opposition. Enjoy the win for what it is.

Played the game much better than last week. Maybe the opposition didnt force us to play poorly like last week, but at least we did learn.

Very happy with the win and our second half was a big improvement on first half. Loved Clarke’s game and can we please re-sign Parish ASAP! Also on big Footy FC fans think Cripps wants to leave. Can we offer them Myers and Baguley?

In defence, 3 weeks ago we lost to a team who had only won one game for the year. So there is an improvement there

I wanna farkin see a winning final in Melbourne this year.

4 of our losses have been to the current top 4,so lets see how we go.

As was pointed out, we are the only team so far this year to have played all four team sin the top four. Always good to beat FCFC. Can forgive lots for 24 hours.
