Ligament damage is bad. This is a 4-8 week injury IMO. He won't be right/fit for round one.

The area of the list we can least afford injuries. Four weeks now will be ok, but not during the season. We do not want JD having to play substantial ruck minutes.

I had the same injury and was running in about 3 weeks. Top speed by the end of week 4.

 

Won't lose to much fitness.
