After a quick google,
Derka-derka Wade Derksen looks like a legit option and one of those under the radar whatever looking moves that can pay off.
Thereâs a Peel Thunder link maybe Rosa knew him prior to getting signed mid season to gws 2022 where heâs lived in the gws vfl team kicking some decent bags of goals. Wonât get near ones there so fringe player from top team, comes from that good professional winning environment though.
Has twins due in September. Guessing probably has some family in Vic if thatâs a reason to come to Vic (a very good one moving interstate to be closer to family

In 17 or so games. Interestingly, played 17 this season in VFL and unless the stats are wrong, kicked 2.2 exactly in each of last 3 games
And didnât score the others.
Maybe he went to key back for first 14 games?

See if there is a Rosa connection.
Melbourne have a huge hole in their forward line so the fit would be better there to be fair.
But Iâm keen for an athletic key forward.
Would love to repurpose Langford to a more wing/fwd or even half back interceptor role to get his foot skills up the ground.

He was part of the Essendon VFL squad in 2021, would be where he knows Nick Bryan from and probably a few others on our list.

Not true.
Bottoming out isnât the only way to improve a list and get it into premiership contention the AFL has changed in how clubs build their lists. No club can afford to be near the bottom of the ladder the comp is getting tighter and clubs donât want to be left behind.

Another name in a long list of possible candidates. None of them excite much interest. Those that do excite interest arenât available. We are better off going to the draft than trying to trade someone in.

If there is a Harley Reid finishing bottom 4 wonât be low enough. The Harley Reids of the world get taken with the first pick or maybe second if there is a generational KPP.
History shows most years the best player doesnât get selected first but is often found in the next handful of picks.
Spent a couple of seasons with us when he came down from the NT, good lad. Funnily enough he actually played a VFL game for GWS when he was on our list prior to getting taken by them, back in those weird covid times when interstate teams were topping up with Vic based kids who werenât getting a game when they travelled down. Heâs talented and athletic, rotated between KPF and ruck with us. And yep definitely crossed over with Bryza among others.
