I find it hilarious that these supposed meetings usually happen at cafe’s in full view of the public.
Imagine a swap for Hobbs with Macrae. Burn the place down…

There is nothing wrong with recruiting one dimensional players, as long as they are good at what they do. Essendon spend far too much time trying to teach players how to play different positions, rather than just recruiting players that are naturally good in those positions.
The best available philosophy has killed us, because we now have too many inside mids that are being forced to play wing, HF, HB or even forward pocket.
We need to aggressively trade players for needs. No wonder our club has been unable to learn a gameplan, we are spending half out time teaching players the fundamentals of a position rather than what they should be learning at this level, which is structure.
This is why D’Ambrosio is gone. He was played out of position, didn’t show he was good enough in that position, so the club didn’t care if they lost him. Same thing we have been doing for years. Houli was another.

I can play this game… I was on my office coffee run this morning and Rosa was at a table having a blueberry muffin with Kozzy Pickett. Apparently Demons are keen on Stinger and Hobbs, so Kozzy could be involved in a player swap, also involving later picks.

Kozzie is just what we need.
But Kozzie will probably get suspended for attempting to bump if played at Essendon.
Not Funny how Fletcher reported for attempting to trip, yet players these days don’t even get sighted for tripping.
