Iâve often wondered if there is some Fibonacci-esque voodoo going on that sees draft quality move in certain cycles or patterns.

In a relatively average draft, under contract, weâd still get a 2nd rounder.
Obviously thatâd still be an unmitigated disaster if it happened. 3 years after taking a guy pick 5 in a top 10 that had quality after him. But if those at the club have more or less made their mind up (and Elijah doesnât want to be there) then it might be the best for both parties.

Tsatas would be at best a 2nd rounder, which will be late 30s or 40s this draft.
More likely steak knives in some convoluted multi team deal
