Letās just cancel the season for a year long trade period. Playing games doesnāt get us anywhere.
We have a lot of players in the 24/25 age bracket.
Best way for us imo is to bring in more elite talent that are 24/25 years to add what we already got.
We stack the team full of first year draftees which will take 3-4 years by that time the players that are in the 24/25 age bracket will be close to the end or retiring and we are back to sqaure one again.
The list balance is complelty out of whack where we really cant bottom out unless we complelty gut the entire list and have a group of first year draftees come through togther

Agreed. That was never going to happen. when a new coach gets appointed he gives everyone on the list a clean slate over the pre season to prove them selves and then make the necessary list changes at the end of the season on who to keep and let go

Iād disagree with Lynch, he was pretty elite at the time and was rather handy for Richmond.
