Trade talk - from October 2025 (Part 10)

One year then Tassie pension plan.

We should offer 1 year deal also.

Our selling point will be that he can be there on ANZAC day watching Collingwood win still.

We should be offering, at least, 2

More opinions stated as fact. Get a grip people.

Jeremy Howe is my most hated player in the AFL.

I cannot stand that flog. Everything about him. He’s the most self, show pony, ā€˜look at me’, player in the comp.

I don’t want him anywhere near this club. we want selfless leaders. Not more selfish flogs, who only care about their highlights reel.

The only ones that need to get a grip are the absolute farkwits at the club that kept him

Wow. I don’t quite get the vibe. I think he’d be a good teacher for our backs

You mean other than attempting to take mark of the year every game, dropping it…. And the opposition score. Or he miss times the ball completely and the forward wins a free kick, for in the back.

Yeah that screams leadership to me.

Or having a sook because you didn’t win mark of the year……. Which is just a Mickey Mouse competition for the highlights reel.

It’s always struck me that it’d take a lot (and not money) to get Howe out of Collingwood.

How many years will it take before he can impact games though? We need game changers now. I think we should buy a veteran ruckman instead of blowing our prized number 1 pick on one.

Come off it

Nate Caddy isn’t a fullback

On the Agenda Setters, Morris saying that Suns will likely want more than pick 6 compo for King and will force a trade.

If they match, it’s going to be a very tasty Trade Period. Zach needs to have a backup plan.

Or we get ready to take King for 2 years

I would take King.

This doesnt bode well for us getting maximum compensation for Merrett. Which I am fine with as we need to get him out, though weakens our draft hand for list management.
