When you look at some that we have been chasing, Lachie Neale sounds like he is going to Pies, Touk Miller sounds like he is staying at GC, Jack Viney (despite his injuries) falls into the same type.

I read Scott Lucas comments re Parish yesterday as the club is open to trading him if that opportunity comes up. The hard part is that contract is a killer now. But Lucas was describing a situation where clubs in these situations (where someone is playing VFL) are open to all options
Lucas was on Gettable. His interview is in the back half if you have 10 mins to spare and havent watched.
FWIW it was a very straight bat answer, as were a lot of the other answers he gave when questioned on certain players. He did infer the club holds the whip hand here and may soon ask him (and Darcy) to look around - though nothing had been discussed yet.

I would love to see the back of him. What would it cost to pay out his contract? Surely with Lucas as his manager we might be able to negotiate a favourable discount.
