Here with mum at EFC. No outside training today. Gym only. However seen TIPPA, Raz, Hartley and Smack. All in good spirits. Didn’t speak to anyone. Too shy.

Insider news. TIPPA ordered a mocha. I ordered a cappuccino, mum having a hot chocolate.

I thought Soulnet’s Mum looked laconic as she drank her hot chocolate. I think she still has a long way to go before she will be able to handle a full caffine drink. Everybody is happy with her progress though -
she’s done everything that has been asked of her so far.
