Makes sense given Cloke gets out there too and he is VFLW coach. why not use people who are already on our payroll. (helps us with the soft cap too 
don’t tell Gil).

I wouldn’t read much into it, Reid, Stewart, McBride and Lav are on the sidelines right now so need to move someone back for the drills

But that “sole KPF” is the point, isn’t it?
Most sides at that point had 2, 3 or even 4 lumbering KPFs.
We had 1 really big forward, and undersized guys - who were quicker, & more agile - pinch hitting.
When you’ve got big blokes who offer nothing when the ball hits the deck, they genuinely need to be kicking bunches of goals a game to carry their weight.
