- Leave Hurley out of this.
- Stop looking for a way to say something negative about Skppy. He resigned, to move on. It was his decision to make the move. It means the door is now open for someone else to arrive.

Expectations are high - there will at least be some fresh voices. That’s only part of it though, you need the players to listen.

Richmond players spoke very highly of Rutten and were sad to see him go he’s very good at building relationships with players.
Id like Xavier to go to.
Think he is young enough to get better opportunities than EFC CEO.
And also removes the fact that he received some supplements from Dank and is still working here.
Hes done a good job financially.
But I can see why he would want to stay if he feels we are about to turn the corner on the field.
