Training report - 19 January 2021

Itโ€™s interesting that there seem to be more frequent outdoor sessions this season.
That appears to be one change from previous seasons.

Is that training on 5 of the last 6 days now?

I think there are some players on the track most days. There are 2 to 3 main sessions where thw whole group tran for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, and the other days where they may be out there for 30 - 60 minutes but probably not the whole group, and supplement that with gym, cross training and strategy sessions.

Why is Lav (?) in a paddock

Rehab. Heโ€™s been planted up to the waist in a mixture of blood and bone with cow manure. Watered twice a day.

Itโ€™s that or an embankment and the blurry fence in the background is the training watchers.

Itโ€™s seems that having a number of blitz posters pizz on you works as well for Lav as it does lemon trees

I reckon Blitz will turn those four photos into a 2000 post thread.

Itโ€™s bigger news when Laverde is out of rehab tbh

And then training stuff from three future days will be posted in it, as well.

Does seem like they are training more frequently aye.

Yo Lav looks BUFF.

IMAGINE if we developed him as a mid  s\

Iโ€™ve been saying this for ages. I believe he got put in the middle during the second half against Melbourne last year. Got a couple of clearances. If he and Stringer can stay fit and pinch hit at center bounces, we will have a formidable midfield group.

Donโ€™t worry; I got it.

What would a breakout year look like?
