Hobbs prominent for the blue team.
Imagine him working in with Draper in the Pink team!

Curious about the wisdom of playing your absolute 1st team against absolute 2nd team. Can see the obvious positive(s) but a fair few downsides.

Maybe I’m just ■■■■■■ that Waterman isn’t in the 1s. How did he go?

That looks to be it. 3Qtrs of match practice are in and lots to discuss. Full report later

Sorry i have to be honest. Fejo Jnr struggled. The pace got a lot quicker and he didn’t adjust as yet. Tex had a go but only got it 4-5 times. Went for two speccys which was fun. Sense he will be better for the experience. Martin was quiet too. Clarke went ok.

Baldwin clearly inspired by news he’s odds on to be sponsored by Blitz.

@CJohns, did Baldwin’s goals come from contested marks??

Sounds like Baldwin and Francis played well, with Wright getting on the score board as well. Jones / Hurley in modified group.

How did the small forwards go without tippa there? any stand outs?

Later, Dodoro was seen popping a bottle of Krug in the List Management Office

None of Jones, Cox or Reid participating at this point of the pre-season is less than ideal.

Would be good to know (in your report) how much of the match play showed what they’ve been practicing on at training

Did our ball movement and set ups look very different?

He was just doing a mixture of running laps and on the other oval with Brand and Voss doing lighter drills.

IE hes crippled

From reading all the training reports it sounds like Fejo isn’t up to it.
